My Story
A Personal Journey to Coaching Excellence
My journey to coaching began by observing my parents, a cab driver and a restaurant worker, as they raised seven children. They instilled in us the values of hard work, responsibility, and integrity. As the youngest, I saw my siblings transform into successful professionals.
Despite initial rejections, I pursued my dream of attending the University of Missouri at Columbia through the State Junior College System. With persistence, I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees. Mentorship played a crucial role in my transition from a first-generation college student to a young professional. For 47 years, I have helped leaders achieve their personal and professional goals.
