A Personal Journey to Coaching Excellence

I grew up the youngest of seven children, raised by a cab driver and a restaurant worker. We didn’t have much, but we had values that mattered—integrity, hard work, and perseverance. I became the first in my family to earn a college degree and later, a master’s. Along the way, mentors opened doors I never could have reached on my own.

That journey fuels everything I do: helping others succeed when the path ahead is steep or uncertain.

That advice stuck with me. I’ve worked in classrooms, boardrooms, and everything in between. Today, I help leaders use both setbacks and successes as fuel for growth.
